TDP (Telugu Desam Party) Chief and Party President and Former Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu will be looked soon for violation of rules of lockdown while he was return from Hyderabad to Amaravathi threee days ago.
A clear indication and a set of rules was clearly given by the stage high court here on Thursday. After hearing some arguements on a batch of petitioins which was filed by several individuals, the court said that the petitioners lodge a complaint with the disaster management authorities.
Once these disaster management team acknowleges the complaint raised, the state and central government could register the case against Naidu for violating the lockdown rules and norms.
The TDP chief was given rousing reception by several TDP workers from different places, including Jaggayapet, Nandigama, and Kanchikacherla. They were assembled in huge numbers violating the social distancing norms and not wearing masks.
Chandrababu Naidu also got down from his card and waved his hand at them, where people surrounded him with out maintaining any distance.
The petitioner demanded that Naidu’s action encouraged violation of lockdown norms and hence he deserved penal action.
Along with Naidu, Eight other YSR congress leaders will also be facing this case under the Epidemic diseases Act of 1987.
The leaders who violated the rules includes Vidadala Rajini, R K Roja, Biyyapu Madhusudhan Reddy, Venkat Goud, Vunda Valli Sridevi, Sanjeevaiah, Malladi Vishu, and Vellampalli Srinivas.
The High court has already issued the notices to these leaders who violated the lockdown rules.
