Early Life

Tommy, his father, was a peanut farmer. When he was nineteen years old, he planned to move to Nashville, Tennessee.

Chris, his elder brother, unfortunately, passed away in a car accident. As a result of his family’s sorrow, Bryan instead moved to Statesboro, Georgia, where he is now enrolled at Georgia Southern University.

In 1999, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and two years later, he moved to Nashville.

Bryan moved to Nashville and started working in publishing. His initial line of work in the music industry was writing songs for artists like Billy Currington and Travis Tritt.

An A&R representative approached Bryan when he was performing at a club and offered him a deal with Capitol Records Nashville.
