Jackson was raised by his drug-dealing mother Sabrina and his grandparents after being born in Queens, New York City. While still in elementary school, he sold crack.

At age 11, he started boxing. When Jackson wasn’t passing the time in class, he remembered, “I was selling crack on the strip or sparring in the gym.

Jackson started peddling drugs at the age of 12 when his grandparents brought weapons and drug money to school while believing he was enrolled in after-school activities.

He was discovered by Andrew Jackson High School’s metal detectors in the tenth grade. He said “I stopped hiding it once I was taken into custody.

I freely admitted to my grandma that I sell narcotics.”
